• High volume screw machine products are produced on Davenport and Gridley multi-spindle machines with a capacity of up to 2-inch diameter.
  
  
• Small and medium volume products are produced on Brown & Sharpe single spindle screw machines with a capacity of up to 1 5/8 inch diameter
  
  
• Short runs, prototyping, complex and precision turned parts are produced on CNC lathes which can either chuck or bar feed material up to 12 feet long.
  
  
• Milling , drilling and tapping operations can be done on the DMV3016L. This is a high speed vertical machining center equipped with high pressure coolant through spindle and 30 x 16 inch travel.
  
  
• Traditional machining operations can be done
   including hand finishing, de-burring and polishing. A great variety of hardening, electroplating and special coating services can be provided.
